I just wanted to express my gratitude to your driver Chris who collected from Mayfield for us today, Access to the site was restricted by incredibly tight single track lanes which required real skill to navigate in reverse.
The job itself was highly technical and involved removing a generator from a very tight doorway, adding to the challenge were overhead power-lines and critical pumping equipment , Chris performed Exceptionally well under pressure and approached each task with a refreshingly positive ‘Can Do Attitude’ , Top Marks, Top Bloke and Top Service !

Many thanks for suppling the transport for this project. The driver was patient calm and very understanding, along with a can do attitude we were able to lift the equipment into s near as we could position on max reach.
Upon arriving and seeing what looked a difficult lift with max reach being used, the driver did a dry lift to show the customer an approx location on the full reach of the Hiab.
He showed great professionalism and with all the right gear on and using the bigger spreader plates the customer was happy.

I recently completed an ALLMI Lorry Loader course which was delivered by K Transport Services in Slade Heath, Wolverhampton. I would highly recommend this course to any future service leavers wanting to expand their abilities in the haulage sector.
The instructor, Mr Paul Griffiths pitched the course content at the correct level, this gave me the time to understand all regulations and policies.
It is a two-day package of theory and practical training; the student is given ample opportunities to practise prior to demonstrating their ability to operate the lorry mounted crane.
Overall, the training was delivered in a professional manner by an experienced instructor, Paul can answer and relate to a real-life situation, thus bringing the training to life.

Ricky, BIG THANKYOU With reference to yesterdays delivery. Speaking with my forman this morning I understand that your driver managed to get the generators off and delivered.
My forman has advised me that your driver was the most helpful he has ever came across in over 25 years in the industry. He said any other would have gave up and drove off straight away. But your driver was very patient, very helpful and with a lot of persistance ultimately enabled the delivery to be done.
In this day and age people are often quick to criticise and moan when people do not try as they should.
Equally its rare to hear when someone does something exceptionally helpful and well. Can you please ensure you pass our express thanks onto the haulage company and driver concerned.
Can you please arrange for the same driver to pick the generators back up on Tuesday 7th October.

Sometimes we are quick to complain but often never show praise for a job well done, on 29th March Paul made a delivery to Birmingham and the customer and our engineer have both commented that Paul was extremely helpful not only on the delivery but the collection as well.
